    Quotes and consultations provided by Studio Shade Co. are estimates based on information available at the time of the appointment.

Because many of our products are custom-made to order, final specifications, measurements, materials, and pricing may vary slightly based on manufacturing requirements or site conditions.

Orders are considered confirmed once payment or deposit is received.

  1. Payments
    We may accept deposits, full payments, financing payments, or installment payments through approved payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  1. Custom Products
    Most Studio Shade Co. products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer. Because of this:

• Custom orders may not be canceled once production has started.
• Custom products are generally non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery or installation.

    Installation dates and lead times are estimates and may vary based on manufacturing, shipping, weather, availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to installation areas.
